Listings are submitted by property owners and authorised partners, and the platform is built to accept partner inventory and licensed data sources as those arrangements are established.
Each stage of activity is recorded separately, so buyers, owners and investors can see exactly where an enquiry or transaction stands. Investment information is presented with its own structure, fees and disclosures, and no return is promised or implied.
Access is governed by role. Buyers, investors, property owners and administrators see only the records they are entitled to, enforced at the data layer rather than in the interface alone.
